Ceiling panel system

Cleanroom ceiling panel consists of two metal sheets, folded all around the edges of metal frame. Panel is flled with high density rockwool 100 kg/m3 or aluminum honeycomb. The frame is channel shaped and it covers panel’s interior totally. The whole entity represents solid mono block element. The load capacity for walkable panels is 200 kg/m2. It is supposed to be fixed onto steel grid or concrete structure. Ceiling panels are made according to the EU GMP and ISO 14644 requirements.



Dimensions:

• Panel thickness: 62 or 82 mm

• Walkable ceiling filled with rock wool

• Max. Dimensions in one piece: 1200 x 4000 mm

Galvanized steel sheet:

• Panel made out of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet

• 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

• Inside filled with rock wool

• Delivered with removable protective film

Options:

• Antibacterial 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

• 50 µm PET coating in standard RAL 9010

Aluminum steel sheet:

• Panel made out of 1 mm thick aluminum sheet

• 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

• Inside filled with rock wool

• Delivered with removable protective film

Options:

• Antibacterial 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

Stainless steel sheet:

• Panel made out of 0.8 mm thick stainless steel sheet (AISI 304 or 316)

• Satin or polished finish

• Inside filled with rock wool

• Delivered with removable protective film

Options:

• Antibacterial 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

Additional options:

• Panel inside filled with aluminum honeycomb core

• Other RAL colors on request
