Klimaoprema strives to achieve only the top results in all areas and looking at its history, one of the steps that confirms this was establishing the Validation Department, which uses professional measuring methods for documenting qualification activities, required by GMP / ISO companies. Thus, the next logical step was starting up a calibration laboratory. The ultimate goal of a calibration laboratory is to obtain the status of an accredited calibration laboratory calibrating temperature, differential pressure and relative humidity. For a laboratory to enter the accreditation system, it must meet the requirements contained in the HRN EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories). The standard prescribes requirements for laboratories to enable them to demonstrate they operate competently, and that they are able to generate valid results. Laboratories that conform to this standard will also operate generally in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001. Compliance of laboratories with the requirements of the HRN EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard ensures laboratory’s impartiality and the confidentiality of information obtained during the calibration process. The calibration laboratory has adequate space in which the environmental conditions are controlled and supervised during the entire calibration process. We also have the most modern measuring equipment, necessary to obtain the most accurate results with the least possible measurement uncertainty. As mentioned earlier, the domain of the laboratory is calibration of temperature, differential pressure, and relative humidity, and we are currently able to calibrate temperature meters ranging from -35 °C to +165 °C, differential pressure meters from 0 Pa to 5,000 Pa, and relative humidity meters ranging from 5 to 95% RH. The equipment was selected to provide the best calibration services both in our laboratory and at the client's premises.
